Organisator "Professional Forum for Education" Association
"Professional Forum for Education" Association plans the third edition of the "Living Library". The event brings together different interesting people in order to get to know and learn more about them and give a chance to break stereotypes. The hosts invite guests, or "books", who are representatives of certain groups subject to stereotypes and prejudice. The "books" tell more about how their belonging to this group has affected their lives and way of thinking. On the other hand, the hosts invite many other charismatic people who are able to motivate and inspire others and have a bunch of stories to tell too. During the event visitors can meet the "books" and "read" them and hopefully they'll continue their conversation, or "reading experience", after the event.
One for the "books" in the third edition is Roland Aime - a migrant from Côte d’Ivoire who has been living in Bulgaria in the last 9 months. He likes Bulgaria a lot and wants to stay here and that's why he's studying Bulgarian. He's a volunteer and actively helps other migrants and refugees who's just came to Bulgaria.
