Eurostat has launched a new dedicated section on "Economic globalisation and macroeconomic statistics".

The impact of globalisation on economic statistics is an increasingly important issue. Due to economic globalisation, the standard breakdown between internal (domestic or national) and external (foreign) economic activities has become more and more difficult to distinguish and this makes the accurate measurement of cross-border flows a growing challenge for national statisticians.

The new dedicated section includes a variety of information about the impact of economic globalisation on macroeconomic statistics. You can find this new dedicated section here.
