You will find under this « Frequently asked questions » page the answers provided by unit EUROPEAID/R3 to queries submitted to it relating to contractual matters, and more specifically to the the Practical guide to contract procedures for European Union external actions (PRAG) and the standard contracts annexed to it.
These answers merely complement the PRAG and the EuropeAid Companion to financial and contractual procedures. They do not substitute themselves automatically to the individual assessment to be made in each particular case.
