UPDATE! As announced on the 1st of June a new version of PADOR was launched on 27th of June 2016. PADOR became more user friendly; the registration and updating of profiles will now take less time since there is less information to encode. The new PADOR is available in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
On the 27th of June 2016 all existing profiles in PADOR which were used at least once in the last 5 years were automatically transferred to the new PADOR. Profiles that were inactive for a longer period of time were archived.
For questions about the transfer of profiles contact the IT support.
The Potential Applicant Data On-Line Registration (PADOR) is the on-line system in which organisations, who are potential applicants to calls for proposals, register and update regularly information about their profile (legal, financial etc). The information registered in PADOR is used by the European Commission during the evaluation of applications as well as for checking the eligibility of the organisations that participate to calls for proposals.
Every organisation in PADOR has a unique identification number (EuropeAid ID - EID). The organisation must mention this EID in the application submitted to a call for proposals via PROSPECT (IT system for online submission).
PADOR (organisation registration) and PROSPECT (application submission) are the two online systems that simplify the process of applying to calls for proposals.
Due to the new EuropAid Website, this content is only available in English. Spanish and French will soon be available. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
