7. Contract description

This technical assistance project will accompany the EC sector budget support programme to the Azerbaijani Energy Reform Support Programme (ERSP). The role of the project will be to assist in management and monitoring of the Programme, to conduct external review missions and provide ad-hoc technical advisory support to the Government of Azerbaijan, with particular focus of the Ministries involved in the ERSP such as the Ministry of Industry and Energy, and Ministry of Finance.
