14. Clarification meeting / site visit

14.1 A clarification meeting / site visit will be held on 04 April 2006, at 10:00 hours at Novovoronezh NPP, Tacis Office Project Management Unit (PMU), to answer any questions on the tender dossier which have been forwarded in writing or are raised at the meeting. Minutes will be taken during the meeting and these will be communicated - together with any clarifications in response to written requests which are not addressed during the meeting - in writing to all the tenderers on the EC Web-page http://europa.eu.int/comm/ europeaid/cgi/frame12.pl at the latest 11 calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders. No further clarification will be provided after this date. Practical arrangements for visa, travels and accommodations must be managed by the tenderers duly on time. All the costs of attending this meeting will be borne by the tenderers. Tenderers who intend to participate are requested to announce their visit, including a copy of their representative's passport, by fax to contact name: Chief Engineer Mr. Zhbannikov, Address: Novovoronezh NPP c/o Tacis PMU Office, 396072 Novovoronezh, Voronezh Region, Russia Phone +7 07364 73014, Fax +7 07364 50812, E-mail tacis@icmail.ru, at the latest on 10 March 2006. The invitation letters to their representatives, required for obtaining an entry visa to Russia, will be issued through Novovoronezh NPP, at the latest on 17 March 2006.

14.2 Visits by individual prospective tenderers during the tender period other than this site visit for all prospective tenderers cannot be permitted.
