6. Contract description

Supply, installation and commissioning of a "Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)" system to serve small size electricity distribution network with 21 sub-stations and five power plants; remote metering system with about 25 000 meters with demand management (switching features), GPRS based telecommunication system and appropriate central management station and automatic compensation of reactive power with auxiliary motors of the steam cycle power plant and at low voltage side of 11/0.4kV substations as well as appropriate training of beneficiary personnel. The beneficiary is a small electricity utility with a 250 MW installed generation capacity serving around 130 000 consumers.
