Increasing the Participation, Capacity and Impact of Israeli Civil Society in Domestic and International Human Rights Monitoring and Implementation Processes in Israel

The objectives of the project are:

  1. Improving and institutionalising engagement of Israeli CSOs with the UN Treaty Monitoring Bodies;
  2. Fostering and institutionalising domestic follow-up and implementation processes of selected aspects of TMB Concluding Observations and UPR Country Review;
  3. Increasing awareness of CSOs to the transformative potential of UN Special Procedures;
  4. Facilitating public discourse on a National Human Rights Institution in Israel.
