Advancing equality in government budgets and resource allocations to the Arab Bedouin citizens in the unrecognized/recently recognized villages in the Negev

The project is a joint action of Sikkuy and Keren Al Seraj. Its objective is to advance fulfilment of civil and human rights of Bedouin citizens of villages in the Negev, Israel by: 1) Generating change in the policies and budgets of government ministries in public transportation, early childhood education services and access to high school, especially for girls 2) Strengthening Al Seraj and its leaders to effectively engage in policy advocacy 3) Engaging Bedouin citizens in public participation.
