3.5. Modifying service contracts

See section 2.10. for general information on modifying contracts.

Any justified modification which involves a change in the total value of the contract must be made through an addendum.

Additional services and complementary services are regarded as negotiated procedures (see point 3.2.4.1.b), and either an addendum or a new contract may be signed.
