Infopoint Lunchtime Conference: Harnessing the private sector for biodiversity conservation

The speakers will present experiences drawn from the portfolio of African Wildlife Capital (AWC) building commercial revenue models for protected areas and supporting enterprises that generate positive biodiversity impact and support local livelihoods. AWC is a mission-related impact investment company wholly owned by the African Wildlife Foundation and managed in partnership with Conservation Capital. AWC advances AWF’s mission to ensure the wildlife and wild lands of Africa endure forever, by providing innovatively structured development financing to small and midsize conservation enterprises in Africa.
