UNESCO launches an international call for applications addressing public authorities and institutions for technical assistance missions in the framework of a project funded by the EU, aiming to strengthen the system of governance for culture in developing countries. This project aims to reinforce the role of culture as a vector for sustainable development and poverty reduction.
