Caste discrimination is a global human rights issue affecting 260 million people across the world, the majority of whom live in South Asia, where they call themselves Dalits.

Campaigners from International Dalit Solidarity Network from Asia and Europe will present their perspectives on the consequences of the human rights violations faced by Dalits and recommendations for action by EU that can contribute to the elimination of this form of discrimination.
