People with disabilities are frequently left out of HIV&AIDS policies and programming. In order to achieve Universal Access and the Millennium Development Goals by 2015, it is necessary to make sexual and reproductive health and HIV/AIDS policies and programmes inclusive for people with disabilities. This group is too large to ignore! How do we ensure that AIDS responses and programmes for sexual and reproductive health address the specific needs and vulnerabilities for people with disabilities?
