Post-doctoral researcher in Intellectual Property Law (Copyright law)
The adaptation of copyright law to a moving economic, technological and social environment is a major challenge for the national, European and international legislator. If an extensive reform of substantive law is a medium to long term measure, a thorough examination and analysis needs to be conducted to prepare this reform in order to gain support from the major players in the creative industries and the European citizens. Such reflections will be initiated within the framework of this project, also aimed at identifying the main features of a modern and European legislation for copyright.
In the framework of a IDEX funding, the Research Department of the International Center of Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) is looking for a post-doctoral researcher in intellectual property for a research project on the topic “The Future of copyright in a digital environment: European perspectives”.

The candidate will be the scientific leader of the everyday research. He/she will organize conferences/seminars and other scientific activities.
