AgreenSkills+ Postdoctoral Positions for Independent Researchers
Please note that the job is no longer active!
AgreenSkills+ is an excellence-oriented programme, accepting applications for postdoctoral fellowships from experienced independent researchers in the fields of life, agricultural, nutrition, and environmental sciences. Proposals are accepted, without any topic guideline, for basic or applied sciences.
AgreenSkills+ incoming fellows are offered 1-3 year positions at a French agricultural research and/or higher education institution, including INRA and Cirad; while outgoing fellows, already employed by one of these very institutions, spend their 6-24 month mobility period at a research unit outside France.
Candidates must hold a PhD and have 7-10 years’ postdoctoral research experience to be eligible* for the AgreenSkills+ programme. Read the full list of eligibility criteria for each programme here: http://www.agreenskills.eu/agreenskills-cms/Applications/Eligibility-requirements
All candidates must submit a short online eligibility application form, through the AgreenSkills website, before they can be declared eligible to apply for a fellowship. All applications are submitted online. Applications received by email or mail will not be accepted.

As a European Commission co-funded mobility programme, AgreenSkills+ strives to offer its fellows competitive salary and career development packages, within first-rate research environments. AgreenSkills+ fellows receive competitive salaries that are significantly higher than those offered by the French state to independent postdoctoral researchers. Depending on the level of research experience, a fellow can receive up to a maximum of approximately €5000. Each fellowship is tailored to the needs of the fellow, with a particular focus on training, networking, and flexibility. Fellows are treated equally with permanent staff and are covered by the French social security system.
