It provides technical support to industrial companies, offering them R&D services and strategies for production improvement, increasing the competitiveness of their product offering.
Due to rapid expansion, an opportunity exists for an ambitious professional who hold an University degree to fulfill a vacancy in our office in Logroño team. Reporting to the Head of Industry, this is a senior role, leading a team focused on generating new technologies for our clients. As Innovation Process Manager, the candidate will represent Inspiralia in front of both old and self-acquired clients, ensuring a smooth and long lasting relationship, shaping ideas into successful products from scratch, ensuring the attainment of funds for product development and managing project execution in order to deliver the agreed results on time and on budget.
The candidate will hold a good Bachelor’s Degree in a technical area (Engineer, physicist, chemistry, architect). An MBA or a PhD would be desirable. The candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and preferably have a full working proficiency (C1 or above) in French, Italian or German. An expertise in both construction materials and infrastructures would be necessary.

Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make best use of limited resources
A results oriented mind and customer focus is a must and should be demonstrated in the CV.
The candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in progressively senior roles in sales and product research and development in infrastructures, the construction or construction-related sectors. The candidate must demonstrate experience in working together with clients in designing customized sales proposals. The candidate will have experience in international tender processes. Team management experience is a prerequisite, leading a team and ensuring timely delivery at every stage. Project management skills of international projects are desirable.
Business development (sales responsibilities from generating leads to contract follow through) to meet targets.
Bid writing coach (plan and manage complex tender responses responding to the needs of the healthcare and/or nutrition market that clearly fit in our clients’ strategies)
