If you are an independent, imaginative and creative researcher, we would love to see you here!

The Data Mining and Machine Learning team of LIRIS lab at INSA-Lyon engineering school is seeking a post-doctoral research associate to support an IAPP research project in social media analytics. The

As such, its research is broad, looking at network structure, dynamics of the network structure and the content. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more areas related to statistical approaches of machine learning, data mining and social network analysis. Specifically, we are looking for someone with expertise and/or interest in large-scale statistical mining to research ways to better understand how to detect, track and monitor social media aspects such as events and trajectories.
