Postdoc in Biophysics, Biochemistry or Plant Physiology

Requirements:

- completed Ph.D. study in Biophysics, Biochemistry or Plant Physiology; graduation since March 28, 2008 – now; applicants who graduated Ph.D. on the Faculty of Science of Palacký University in Olomouc are not acceptable;

- previous experience in photosynthesis or generation of free radicals in biology are welcome;

- basic knowledge of biophysical and biochemical methods;

- good knowledge of spectroscopic methods;

- evidence of publication activity in in Biophysics, Biochemistry or Plant Physiology;

- excellent level of English language (CEA or equivalent);

- personal interview including presentation of previous applicant’s results.

- conduct independently research in plant biophysics

- ability to develop new methods for detection of free radicals in photosynthesis

- focus on mechanistic aspects of photosynthesis

- publishing of obtained results

- education of pregradual students

- teaching activities in seminaries
