Correlations in membrane protein dynamics
Description
PostDoc position in the department of Department of Chemical Physics at Weizmann institute of Science in the group of Gilad Haran for 2 years. Cellular membranes include a large fraction of intrinsic proteins. Hydrodynamic interactions are bound to lead to to motional correlations between these proteins, an effect we would like to study experimentally. We will use single-molecule tracking methods and two-color fluorescence correlation spectroscopy.
