Currently, the Fraunhofer MOEZ is looking for Interns (f/m)
Development/Design of Analytical Databases (Ruby on Rails).
The Competitive Intelligence group at the Fraunhofer MOEZ is engaged in the development of innovative analytical databases for international technology markets. During your internship you support the test-driven software development of the application. As we use challenging data analysis techniques, all users are guaranteed to get new insights.
• proven experience in the development of web applications, preferably in Ruby on Rails
• experience with distributed source code management and project management software, preferably Mercurial and Redmine
• clean code development skills
• good oral and written German and English skills.

Typically, the internships last two months, but longer internships can also be accommodated. Positions are offered throughout the year. However, candidates are encouraged to apply sufficiently in advance of their desired start date.

First Stage Researcher (R1)
All internships are full time (39 hours per week, Monday through Friday) and based in Leipzig, Germany. Interns will receive a monthly stipend in accordance with federal regulations (Richtlinien über die Gewährung von Praktikantenvergütungen - PVR).
