Electrical characterization of thin-film solar cells based on CIGS (Cu(In,Ga)Se2), grown at IMEM-CNR by using the PED (Pulsed Electron Deposition) technique. The activities focus in particular on the determination of the photovoltaic parameters (efficiency, FF, Isc, Voc), the device processing (contacts, scribing, etc.) and the surface treatment by chemical etching and photolithography.

- Degree in Chemistry obtained in accordance with the legislation in force before Minsiterial Decree DM 509/99 or Degree of II level/Master (Ministerial Decree DM May 4, 2004).
- PhD in Science and Technology of Innovative Materials.
- Proven experience in the processing and electrical characterization of thin film solar cells, photolithography.
The selection will be carried out by a committee and will be based on the evaluation of scientific titles and cv, followed by an interview on the topic of the grant program
