The aim of this research project is the development, both in the national and international context, of innovative, efficient and sustainable processes for the removal of recalcitrant organic pollutants present in wastewaters produced by cargo boats. For this purpose, we propose to develop and optimize a catalytic oxidation process, both in liquid and gaseous phase, for the oxidation of organic pollutant compounds to carbon dioxide by means of metal transition based catalysts in mild reaction conditions.
Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
