the research aims at identifying the best interaction approach to allow communities of users with limited ICT familiarity to build an information system based on the documents they routinely use an to make them active through riles that defie their behaviour in different contexts. In particular, the focus will be on the coordination across communities that share the same information for different purposes and in different ways.
