Whithin the National Interest Research Program “Legal_frame_Work – Lavoro e legalità nella società dell’inclusione” (Call 2010-2011), the Unit of Trieste University analyzes the issue “Regular employment and promotional measures”. The research focuses on some aspects related to the issue of undeclared work, in particular the topic of promotional measures for transforming undeclared work into regular employment and for promoting the culture of legality, starting from the idea that only the regular employment prevents segregation and social exclusion. The research of Trieste Unit aims to examine these promotional measures in order to analyze the operating limits and to identify new and more effective instruments tackling this phenomenon and, at the same time, developing corrective mechanisms of existing measures.
