Innovation and management of the environmental resources

Please note that the job is no longer active!

The research activity is focused on the concept “innovation” and on its effects on the management of the environmental (common) resources of relevance for the agro-food systems (water, land, energy). The project implies a theoretical approach to analyse the conditions that determine and lead the adoption and propagation of technological and scientific innovations, and the deriving economic, social, and environmental expected impacts.
The research programme concerns the implementation of advanced methodologies (e.g.: computational models) to study the dynamics of innovations and to simulate the deriving influence on the use and quality of the environmental resources and on the interrelationships between economic and ecological systems.
The research programme aims at supporting business and public decisions, both in ex-post and in ex-ante contexts to drive and accelerate the deployment of eco-compatible product and process innovations.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
