As part of the Research Project, which is characterised by a horizontal mutidisciplinary approach in applied research, special attention will be dedicated to the training of the research associate, which will include training on the job, coaching and mentoring by experienced staff (the human resources in the research team) and full involvement in a few planning and operational phases of the research project. The research associate must take part in highly qualifying activities (active participation in national and international conferences, debates, information days and presentations in the context of specific events such as trade fairs and/or cultural events of the sector and in the promotion of the research results to potential stakeholders). These activities will be aimed at triggering and promoting his/her integration in a professional environment.
