Electrochemical systems for bio-sensing and bio-electronics

Please note that the job is no longer active!

Electrochemical and electroanalytical approaches make possible the detection of a specific substance (analite) monitoring the electron transfer between the sensing electrode and the analite itself, by means of a redox processes indiced by the applied working potential. In sensing, these approaches can be used to develop devices for biomedicals for detection of toxic agents, specific molecules, metallic nanoparticles. By using advanced materials, tailoring the different chemical/physical properties at the nanoscale, it is possible to reduce the aspecificity of sensors and, introducing a transistor-like architecture, enhance the sensibility.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
