The research project involves the study of the psychological determinants of the adoption of sustainable lifestyles. Starting from the recent scientific literature on the topic, we will focus particularly on multi-disciplinary approaches to the development of theoretical and empirical models that allow to identify the main barriers and facilitators of the process of transition towards sustainable lifestyles and "green economy" in Europe . Will also be investigated contextual factors and strategies for more effective intervention aimed at supporting and promoting these processes.
