The project PROINNO_BIT aims to promote the innovation of Apulian-targeted food industry through the achievement of: (i) novel food; (ii) food improved in relation to nutritional, sensorial, safety and shelf-life aspects; and (iii) innovative solutions applied to the production lines.

In particular, the project includes the following tasks
