CHARACTERIZATION OF POLYMERS FOR THE CONTROLLER RELEASE OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE MOLECOLE DERIVED FROM WASTE PRODUCTS OF MILK SECTOR, OIL AND CITRUS FRUITS.

Please note that the job is no longer active!

The research will be carried out as part of the project “Recovery and valorization of the by-products of the agricultural and food industry, for the development of innovative functional foods, cosmeceutical and nutraceutical products” (Hi-life).

The waste products of agri food, in particular those extracted from the sector of milk, oil and citrus fruits, are abundant of biologically active molecule, like polysaccharides, protein, vitamins and antioxidants. From these molecules, the pectines have been selected among all these molecules because of their property of improving the release and the effect of molecules on the organism, when coupled to particular natural polymers. The goal is to identify the best combinations of polymers/biologically active molecule, and to continue with the characterization of that mixture to underline the effect of polymers on the release of those mixtures.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
