Students evaluate their teachers: which contribution to the improvement of university teaching?

Please note that the job is no longer active!

The research aims to investigate the problem of evaluation of university teaching by students. The evaluative perspective privileged is a formative one, stressing the importance of the student-teacher transaction and the collegial educational planning and giving attention to the peculiarities of the different Degree Courses. In particular, the project includes an exploratory study on the use of an instrument of "evaluation" of a teaching by students, with questions focused on the specific context. A part of the instrument could also be customized by the teacher in order to have feedbacks on topics of interest in particular cases. An initial phase focused on the recognition of national and international studies on the subject will be followed by the realization of interviews, the development of innovative instruments and their trial in some of the teachings of different Schools of the University of Bologna.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
