The project will focus on elucidating the gene networks involved in drug resistance. The successful candidate will be working with drug evolution experiments and whole genome sequencing (including bioinformatic analysis) coupled with global proteomic methods. The goal will be to understand how network states and signaling networks of evolved strains are modified by resistance evolution.
