Integrating post-genomic platforms to enhance the tomato production chain

Please note that the job is no longer active!

The project GenoPOMpro aims at the development of the tomato industry through the use of innovative approaches based on recent developments in the tomato genome studies. Research activities will include an integrated study of the complexity of response to plant – biotic/abiotic environment interaction with a focus on the beneficial microorganisms/plant interaction during water deficit conditions. In this frame key genes involved in molecular and physiological mechanims of response to multiple stress signals will be identified and characterized, by the use of functional genomics approaches on candidate genes and global gene expression analyses.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
