Innovative Social and Employment Policies for Inclusive and Resilient Labour Markets in Europe

This project aims at assessing the resilience and inclusiveness of European labour markets; identifying innovative policies; analyzing strategies of policy learning and transfer of these innovations.

To do so, the research programme aims at analyzing labour-market, employment and social policies and comparatively assessing labour market position of vulnerable groups in the last 20 years.

The successful candidate will have to identify and analyze the origins, characteristics and governance of innovations, with methods belonging to the ethnographic and organizational ethnographic fields; focussing on policies targeting vulnerable groups, managed by civil society organizations
