Synthesis and characterization of polymer as components of elastomeric composites

Please note that the job is no longer active!

The research activity will be mainly focused on the synthesis and characterization of unsaturated polymers, preferentially obtained from monomers such as dienes but also from styrenic monomers. Said polymers will have either low or high molecular mass, will preferentially have glass transition temperature below 0°C and will preferentially be amorphous. Anionic polymerization will be preferentially adopted for polymer synthesis. Polymers characterization will be aimed at determining molecular mass and molecular mass distribution, micro- and macro-structures, at thermal transitions, thermal stability. Analytical techniques such as viscosimetry, chromatography, NMR spectroscopy, calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis will be used.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
