European Research Council funded fellowship Research in Cosmology and Gravitational Lensing

Please note that the job is no longer active!

Two postdoctoral research grants will be offered for research related to gravitational lensing
and cosmology. The research will center on developing method for simulating and analyzing
gravitational lensing data to investigate astrophysical and cosmological questions. Computer tools and techniques will be developed for large-scale lensing surveys and small-scale strong lensing
observations. The postdocs will join a group of eight researchers and students within a larger department with many other researchers interested in cosmology and gravitational lensing. The group has particular interest in 21 cm cosmology, lensing simulations using Nbody simulations, quasar microlensing, strong lens mass reconstruction, the Euclid Mission and ALMA observations of lenses. The postdocs will have time for self-directed research projects as well as the working on
the primary goals of the group.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
