The aim is studying authors, places and themes of Epic and Elegiac poetry between the second half of V century B. C. and the IV century B. C., highlighting the connections with the poetic production of New Dithyramb.

Literature - Greek literature
Criteria for the overall assessment, that are expressed in hundredths, are determined by individual examination boards, in the first sitting before the examinations of the applications, in the measures just mentioned: 20 points for a PhD certificate; up to 40 points for academic qualifications, including thesis and dissertations in order to achieve the qualification (PhD, etc.); up to 10 points for other academic qualifications. Candidates will be admitted to the oral exam discussion if they have achieved, in the preliminary qualifications assessment, a vote of at least 40/70.
For the oral exam, consisting in an interview which will focus on topics related to the program indicated for the scientific field for which the contract was issued, the examination board can assign up to a maximum of 30 points.
The oral exam is passed if the candidate obtains at least 21/30 points.
