The research is assigned within the framework of the project History and Digital Maps of German Literature in Italy in the 20th Century: publishing, field structure, interference (FIRB 2012), involving the Istituto Italiano di Studi Germanici in Rome, the Università per Stranieri in Siena and Sapienza in Rome. The granted scholar will work on the third line of the project, based at Sapienza, whose task is to explore cases of literary interference. He/she will therefore investigate the changes occurred within Italian literature after the appropriation of texts (or other items) from German literature, with specific attention to poetics, canons, styles, the concept of authorship, the system of literary genres and their function. A description of the project, consistent with that approved by the MIUR, can be viewed at http://www.germanistica.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/2012.02.29-FIRB-2012-ModelloA.pdf
Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
