The activity of each of the research related to research grants will focus respectively on issues related to the communication and circulation of information on one hand, and the protection of users on the other, and in particular on the following aspects:
A) Substantial Profile
The analysis will include the description and commentary of the legal and regulatory framework on communications technology, and the study of the types of negotiation.
B) Historical profile
The analysis will include the study of communication tools and standards that played a primary function, even in ancient Rome, and that led to the economic and legal koinè of the imperial age.
