Role of the scaffold protein kinase suppressor of Ras 2 (KSR2) in tumour angiogenesis

Please note that the job is no longer active!

Signaling pathways are implicated in vascular remodeling. Among them, MAPK-ERK is activated by pro-angiogenic factors in endothelial cells (EC). MAPK-ERK is regulated by scaffold molecules which assemble components into a localized signaling complex.

By using deficient mice, we could demonstrated that KSR2 regulate EC biology and is critical in the angiogenesis process during tumor progression. We will extend and signify these findings on a set of human cancer.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
