Within the FIRB project "GramsciSource", this research work will focus on the collaboration in the digital transcription of the Prison Notebooks, through the reconstruction of the main issues philological presenting the text of the notes dating prison, analysis of variants textual relationship between the notes of the first and second draft, the relationship between the text and its sources, including the text of the notebooks and letters Gramscian. research on philological and textual, and the implications of the digital transcription, the semantic annotation and the display of the text, will be confronted with the results of the latest scientific studies on Gramsci's political thought and the different interpretations relating to the philological aspects of the production prison
