The research aims at analyzing the strategies of offshoring made by companies on the basis of cost differentials and l or market between industrialized nations and developing countries, verifying the implications in terms of effective governance with respect to correct principles of sustainable development
l t is a theme, to date, not sufficiently analyzed in the study of business economics of growing importance far the realization of training far economie growth: resource recovery, environmental protection, competitiveness, improvement of working conditions, social and territorial integration.
The starting point of the research is the conviction that the development of offshoring strategies cannot move
only from analyses of economie convenience, but requires a governance approach based on wide and diversìfied objectìves addressed to an appropriate ìmprovement of company networks and environmental respect
