Sardinian Library. Web-Portal of printed books in Sardinia from XVth to XXIst century.

The main goal of this project is the creation of a Digital Library for adequately representing the literary heritage of the Humanities in Sardinia from the fifteenth century up to the present.The Digital Library is intended to select, register, catalogue, digitize and put online a considerable amount of book either out of print or hard to find, and produce innovative research on little known Sardinian authors, on the works of foreign writers who deal with Sardinia; the Library will also classify these works into various genres and models of representation.The grant is designed for a scholar who is required to possess and document experience in project management, data and metadata processing skills, besides having a solid historical background, good knowledge of Latin and Sardinian, fluency in Spanish and French.
