Dissecting novel pathogenic mechanism of hematological malignancies: next generation sequencing paves the way for personalized medicine

Please note that the job is no longer active!

Aim of the study is to unravel the complexity of hematological malignancies, by dissecting novel pathogenic mechanisms through a Next Generation Sequencing approach (NGS). The results of this project will improve the early disease diagnosis, the classification and risk stratification of patients, the prognostication and the therapeutic decisions. Notably, the ultimate goal is the establishment of ad hoc combination therapies targeting the Achilles heel of each form of the disease and avoiding therapeutic resistance, that will have a major impact on the clinical outcome of hematological malignancies.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
