The activity deals with the analysis of the implementation of the European IPPC (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) Directive in selected industrial sectors. The analysis provides the study and the assessment of legislative, administrative and inspection and control aspects related to the implementation. Competitive implications that derive from the implementation are assessed in the selected industrial sectors.
