: The economic crisis has highlighted the limits of Third Sector's business models (non-profit organization, cooperatives, associations, ...) supplying social, educational, welfare services, etc.. Recent studies begin to draw attention to key factors characterizing successful Third Sector's companies. These factors are: ablility to adapt successfully to the external environment, networking capabilities, business skills, project autonomy (Depedri, Fazi 2012). This research explores development and evolution of a case of excellence in the Italian Third Sector, dedicated to training and culture for childhood: Radio Magica, awarded in May 2013 by the Italian Health and Hospital Federation and by the National Social Marketing Coordination as the best Web Project for Health Promotion . The goal is the to identify the value creation of emerging strategies, extendible to other companies of the Third Sector
