The rationale behind the project CARE-G is related to the need to improve care and social services for the elderly population. The aims of the project are to create a platform of services for the care of the health and quality of life of the elderly that is based on a data infrastructure and applications that support the senior citizen (diet, physical and cognitive activity, relational activity). This infrastructure includes systems for the collection and management of socio-environmental and health data of the elderly for the collection of physical, clinical and neurocognitive/behavioral parameters. The aim will therefore be to improve efficacy, safety and appropriateness of interventions for the elderly community.
