Novel ICT and robotics contributions to diagnosys, therapy and rehabilitation

Neuroengineering and medical robotics show positive sinergies in various fields. Rehabilitative robotics exploits the use of Neuromuscular electrical stimulation to enrich the efficacy of passive motion driven by robotic devices and exploits soft computing techniques.

The research project, and the tasks of the research fellow, is focused on the technological and methodological issues to evaluate novel solutions in rehabilitation , including robotic devices and functional Electrical therapy.
