Please note that the job is no longer active!

The issues of this research are part of the inquiry trajectories investigated in the PRIN Project: ‘Modelli di costruzione fisica e ideologica del territorio e identità culturali: città sacre, santuari, complessi funerari in Siria, Anatolia e Transcaucasia nelle Età del Bronzo e del Ferro’.

The research includes the analysis of the materials from the surface survey in the region of Uşaklı Höyük and in the Egri Öz Dere, and of materials from Uşaklı Höyük southern slope surface scraping.

Among them, a particular attention will be devoted to ceramic evidence, to be analyzed both in terms of chronology and in terms of their geographical contexts. The main topics to be developed comprise: identification of possible settlement patterns; recognition of urbanization processes and recognition of potential fluctuations in terms of longue duréé, possibly to be correlated with changes in the geopolitical framework or exploitation strategies.

Please note that the full description may be available in the national language since some job boards have their own publication policy. Thank you for your understanding!
